Megan Neumann is a principal at Mercer. She has more than 19 years of experience providing wellbeing leadership in designing, executing, and evaluating wellbeing initiatives and population health management programs. Her prior experience includes wellbeing program development, clinical quality initiatives and product development specific to user engagement and health outcomes. During her time at Mercer, Megan has led several specialized wellbeing initiatives including strategic work around the user experience, partner integration and measurement strategy. She also participates in focused groups that serve as subject matter experts in the areas of digital navigation and advocacy. Megan earned her undergraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics at Northern Illinois University, did her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and received her master’s degree in exercise science from Middle Tennessee State University.
