Doni Lenhart

Doni Lenhart, senior wellness specialist, has been with Amway for over 13 years working in both quality assurance and Amway’s Optimal You benefit program. She has helped shape Amway's total well-being effort that focuses on holistic, personal engagement to create a happier, healthier and, ultimately, more present, positive and productive workforce. Optimal You addresses the physical, financial, social and emotional well-being of every employee and their families. The end result has produced powerful stories of identifying major health concerns, lowering individual health risks and realizing consistent savings through lowering medical claim trends for well over a decade. Doni has a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Valley State University. She and her husband, Joe, have two children, Mikayla, 9, and Colton, 5, and a Maine Coon named Bear.
