Nicole Martel is systems director, health & wellbeing for Bon Secours Mercy Health, where she is responsible for strategic design and operational execution of all health and welfare benefits including medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, life and voluntary, as well as well-being programs, including wellness and work-life services. She works collaboratively with external partners, as well as internal leaders of the clinical enterprise to better manage the total cost of care for the Mercy Health ministry and employees through various health management efforts of our accountable care practices.
