Michael Sokol

Michael C. Sokol, MD, MS, is senior vice president for clinical strategy at Quantum Health, where he designs programs that improve clinical outcomes and enhance the member experience. Formerly chief medical officer at WebMD Health Services, he designed health and wellness solutions for employers and health plans. He has held executive roles at Sanofi, Merck, GlaxoSmithKline and Medco Health Solutions. Dr. Sokol is board certified in public health and general preventive medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Preventive Medicine. He holds an academic appointment as assistant clinical professor at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, serves on the editorial board of Population Health Management, is a member of the Institute on Health Care Costs with NBGH and is an avid speaker.
