Marina Pearson

Marina Pearson, MBA, is the vice president of benefits and policy for CenturyLink, a global technology company headquartered in Monroe, Louisiana that provides communications, network services, security, cloud solutions, voice and managed services to customers worldwide. With over 30 years of human resources experience, Marina has held positions in all areas of human resources but has focused primarily in the areas of benefits and wellness. During her tenure with CenturyLink, she has designed, implemented and administered the company’s compensation, benefits and well-being programs. Prior to joining CenturyLink, Marina held human resources business partner and benefits positions at Honeywell Flight Systems Group and St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.
