Margaret Guerin-Calvert, MPA, is founding president of the Center for Healthcare Economics and Policy, FTI Consulting. She leads the Center’s employer-led initiatives on health and well-being including ongoing collaboration with Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce-led broad public-private stakeholder partnership and other stakeholder groups across the country. She served as assistant chief at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division and economist at the Federal Reserve Board. She taught economics at Duke University’s Institute of Policy Sciences. She is co-chair of NASEM’s Action Collaborative on Business Engagement in Building Healthy Communities; member of the AEA, AHLA, AcademyHealth, and the ABA’s Section of Antitrust Law’s Long Range Planning Committee. She has an AB in economics from Brown University and MPA from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Princeton University.
