Leanne Fisher

Leanne Fisher, MS, is the global wellness manager at The Cooper Companies, where she oversees the day-to-day operations for the employee wellness program which reaches nearly 12,000 people in 35 locations around the world. Her primary duties include managing the large community of champions at Cooper, providing consultative guidance to each individual location and deepening employee engagement in the program. Prior to joining The Cooper Companies, Leanne was a clinical account manager for MVP Health Care where she assisted employer groups in creating workplace wellness plans based on the needs and interests of each individual organization’s population. Leanne holds a BS in physical education and an MS in health promotion management. In her spare time, she is actively engaged with the Rochester, NY animal shelter and is passionate about helping her community’s homeless animals.
