Applied Research Consultant
Lauren Bachynski is an applied research consultant with significant experience helping organizations enhance performance through the alignment of their business strategy, organizational culture and workplace design. She specializes in global/local cultural adaptation of the work environment, engagement, well-being and design thinking.
Currently based in New York City, Lauren has helped organizations within different sectors (higher education, professional services, pharmaceutical, high-tech, consumer product and government) achieve their strategic objectives through the application of primary research and development of global workplace strategies. She has spoken publicly and published work on national culture, well-being, emerging trends and innovation as they relate to work experience and performance.
Lauren holds a Master of Interior Design and a Bachelor of Arts in economics and commerce from the Peter Behrens School of Architecture, Fachhochschule Dusseldorf (Germany) and the University of Manitoba (Canada) and is PROSCI change management certified.
