System Vice President Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness
Kurt Olson, PhD, MBA, is currently the system vice president of talent management and organizational effectiveness at OhioHealth. OhioHealth is a nationally recognized, not-for-profit, charitable, healthcare organization with Methodist roots. In this role, he is responsible for the full lifecycle of talent management, including talent acquisition, learning, leadership development, engagement and inclusion. The emphasis with each of the individual function is to be world-class in their own respective domains. In addition, the teams are focused on the integration of their talent management capabilities to support the overall employee lifecycle at OhioHealth. Kurt has a bachelor of science degree in computer science, a masters of business administration degree, and a PhD in organization development. He’s also a board-certified executive coach (BCC) and a Six Sigma black-belt.
