Kay Mooney is vice president, well-being for CVS Health, where she leads a team responsible for integrating the company’s holistic well-being approach into the products and experiences it creates. Kay is at the helm of the company’s research collaboration with Harvard’s School of Public Health to understand the determinants of well-being, correlations to engagement and productivity, and efficacy of various interventions. In nearly 30 years with Aetna, Kay served in various leadership roles, including workforce well-being & inclusion, the national strategy for public exchanges, pricing, underwriting, product management, mergers & acquisitions integration and medical cost analytics. Kay’s passion for well-being extends to leadership roles with the American Heart Association, including event chair in the Greater Hartford area and chair of the Go Red for Women campaigns. In 2018, Kay joined the board for Pet Partners, the nation’s largest and most prestigious organization committed to connecting people with the health benefits of animal-assisted intervention. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Penn State. She is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
