John Harrison is general manager of WebMD Health Services. As a member of the WebMD senior executive leadership team, John has been instrumental in developing and articulating the company’s vision of connecting corporate wellness concepts with person-first, holistic well-being strategies that embrace digital, telephonic and in-person solutions. An expert in understanding and implementing corporate strategies for well-being programs, John has more than 20 years of strategic, client and operational leadership experience focused on driving strategic engagement.
Prior to WebMD, John held executive roles with Webtrends, MobilePaks (now Veelo), Yesmail Interactive (now Yes Marketing), GeoTrust, and Symantec Corp. Through these experiences, John sharpened a focus on delivering exceptional experiences with each and every client, facilitating deep loyalty and retention as well as fostering strategic, trusted partnerships. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon.
