Jennifer Posa Flynn, MS, is healthcare quality director for Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Systems, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for the development of quality strategy for neuroscience and infectious disease therapeutic areas. Focused on ensuring the evolving value-based care landscape in the U.S. is a core component of innovative strategies, Jennifer provides subject matter expertise to internal and external partners in this role. Primarily focused on improving the standard of care for patients with mental illness, she works collaboratively with national and regional partners to advance these efforts. Prior to her current role, Jennifer served as a Strategy Consultant for Mayo Clinic Global Business Solutions. She represented Mayo Clinic on multiple boards and workgroups to drive population health research to advance the field. Jennifer graduated from Denison University with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology, received her master’s degree in health management from American University, and is working towards a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology at Capella University.
