Diversity Program Manager
Janetta M. Hammock, MA, CDP, is a Certified Diversity Professional, with 15 years’ experience in the diversity and inclusion field. She currently serves as diversity program manager in the office of Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity at Case Western Reserve University. In her position, she plays a critical role in developing, managing and implementing campus-wide diversity and inclusion initiatives. In addition, she co-chairs the university’s award-winning diversity dialogue program. Hammock also develops and facilitates a variety of inclusion and diversity training programs and workshops. She oversees the office’s internal and external communication efforts and produces the university’s Annual Diversity Report. Hammock also serves on the university’s Diversity Leadership Council and the Family Equity Committee.
Hammock recently received a master’s degree in philosophy, with a focus on diversity management from Cleveland State University. In addition, she earned a master’s degree from Morgan State University and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
