Gina Lakatos

Gina M. Lakatos, Esq. serves as the chief operations officer and general counsel for Element Health, Inc. In her role, Gina oversees company operations, strategic business development and the legal affairs of the organization. Prior to joining Element, she was a litigation attorney, where she advised and defended corporate and individual clients in areas of professional liability, contract liability, personal injury, and premise liability. She is actively licensed to practice law in Alabama, Florida, and Illinois. Gina holds a bachelor of science in business administration from University of Central Florida, and a juris doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.
