Occupational Health Nurse Specialist
Beth Dammann, RN, MPH, COHN-S is an occupational health nurse specialist at 3M Corporate. she is the business lead for 3M’s Global Healthy Living Initiative and electronic health record. Beth is also the subject matter expert for medical surveillance programs and supports two international regions for OH services. She had 12 years in acute care nursing and then worked as a public health nurse for 8 years before joining 3M. Beth was an occupational health nurse at the largest US 3M plant for several years, providing OH services, managing disability programs, leading multifunctional teams and wellness activities. She has a BAN degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN and an MPH degree from the University of Minnesota.
