Jason Lee, MBA, has been the director of program and product management for biometric solutions since 2016. Upon joining Optum in 2007, he was director of product management, managing telephonic wellness coaching, tobacco cessation, and wellness publications. Jason has also served as population health consultant for Optum, advising Fortune 500 companies on their health and wellness programs, including incentive design, communications strategy and measurement. Jason is a regular presenter for Optum's Culture of Health Institute webinar series and has served as an advisor to NBGH and PHA committees. Before joining Optum, Jason held positions in product management and marketing at General Electric. Jason was a Deans Fellow Scholar at the MBA program at the Carlson School of Management and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the School of Economics at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
